What happens to the photo you upload.
Deleted within 24 hours
Your original photo is automatically deleted within 24 hours of fulfillment. We do not keep it on file.
Never used to train AI
Your child’s photo is used once, only to create your order, and is never used to train any AI model.
Their name stays private
We only need a photo and a few appearance details. Your child’s name is never sent to the AI that paints their portrait.

What type of photo works best? +
A clear, front-facing photo with good lighting gives the best result. Make sure the face is not obscured by sunglasses, hats, or shadows. The child should be the main subject of the photo.
How long does delivery take? +
Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after you approve your proof, whether you chose a puzzle, a canvas, a framed canvas, or a blanket. Each one is printed to order in the US, and free standard shipping is included.
What if the portrait does not look like them? +
Tell us what to change on your proof page, such as a bigger smile or a different outfit color, and we make a new version from the same photo. Each order includes up to three versions, you can also try a different photo, and nothing prints until you approve one.
What happens if I am not happy with the result? +
If your order arrives damaged or the print quality is not as expected, we will reprint it at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Is my photo stored securely? +
Your photo is used only to create your portrait. The original photo you upload is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We never use your photos to train AI models, and we share them only with the service providers needed to create and deliver your order, such as our AI image provider and print partner.
